Carbon negative coffee

For the second year, we're proud to offer this exceptional honey processed coffee from Victorio Cruz, named Niño Isaac after his grandson. Isaac is already showing a keen interest in continuing his grandfather's legacy as a coffee farmer.

This lot is from a small plot of 40-year-old Typica trees, one of the oldest known coffee varieties, with roots tracing back to the 15th century. While many Honduran farmers have shifted to higher yielding varietals, Victorio remains dedicated to preserving this historic coffee. Although the harvest is small, its quality is truly outstanding.

This year's honey process features a longer fermentation, resulting in a beautifully complex cup. Expect a bright and floral coffee, bursting with notes of red fruit and lively acidity, finishing with a delicate, tea-like aftertaste. It's a coffee that redefines what's possible from Honduran farms.
